What kind of products do you offer?
Our range consists of personalized products for horses and dogs, such as feed bowls, brushes, and other handy everyday necessities. We also offer all our products without personalization.
How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order via our website. Choose your product, add any desired personalization, and follow the steps in the shopping cart.
Which payment methods do we accept?
We work with Stripe. With this, you can pay in many different ways.
Payment can be made using the following options:
- Ideal
- Most credit cards
- Pay later
How will my package be shipped?
We start by carefully packing the items. We pack smaller, non-breakable orders in shipping bags, while we pack larger orders in boxes.
You can choose between DHL and PostNL when ordering. You will always receive a track and trace code.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time varies depending on the product and personalization. You will usually receive your order within 5-7 working days. You can view the exact delivery time with the product.
Please note: For orders containing multiple products, we apply the longest delivery time to the entire order.
How do I return my order?
Download the return form and fill it out digitally. The form is located at the bottom of the contact page. Send it via email to info@hoovesandwoofs.nl or via WhatsApp. After this, you can return the package. This must be done within 14 days of receipt.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?
We are sorry that your order did not meet your expectations.
If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us so we can look for a solution together. The return policy is stated in the general terms and conditions.
General Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
Hooves and Woofs: the sole proprietorship Hooves and Woofs, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Customer: the consumer who enters into an agreement with Hooves and Woofs.
Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements.
Article 3 – Products
Hooves and Woofs supplies exclusively personalized products.
The customer is responsible for correctly provided personalization data.
Article 4 – Prices and payment
All prices include VAT.
Payment is made in advance via Stripe.
Article 5 – Delivery
The average delivery time is 3–5 working days.
Delays caused by carriers are outside the responsibility of Hooves and Woofs.
Article 6 – Returns
Returns are only possible in the event of an error by Hooves and Woofs.
Damage upon receipt must be reported immediately.
Article 7 – Liability
Products may be used functionally, including on animals.
Hooves and Woofs is not liable for wear and tear or damage caused by use.
Article 8 – Intellectual property
Designs remain the property of Hooves and Woofs unless otherwise agreed.
Commercial use is permitted with attribution.
Article 9 – Complaints
Complaints must be reported within 7 days.
A response will follow within 14 days.
Article 10 – Law
Dutch law applies to all agreements.

Right of withdrawal
For non-personalized products, you have the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us via the return form on our website. After withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days.
The costs of returning the item are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications.
